1- Contract Between Us
We must receive the payment in whole for the goods purchased before order can be processed. As soon as the Payment for order is received, a confirmation email with order invoice shall be sent to the customer. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2- Right to Refuse Order
We reserve a right to refuse or accept any order for any reason including, without any obligation and whether or not payment for order is received or not, If; – If you have insufficient stock to meet the customer’s requirement – We do not deliver to your area; Or – One or more goods ordered was/were listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or any human misjudgement. In case the order is refused, an email of refusal shall be sent to the customer specifying the exact reason for NOT processing the order. Moreover, if any fund/payment has been deducted from your account then it shall be credited again. We shall hold no financial obligation and shall NOT allow any compensation for the inconveniences faced.
Prices for all goods are clearly set out at the website. Extra charges may be required for delivering or shipping as it would be costly for us to deliver to specific areas. All orders are processed in US dollars as displayed on the website. Conversions into other currencies are displayed for customer convenience only and are approximate. These prices may change slightly between the date of placing the order and the date of dispatch.
4- Right of Customer to cancel the Order
Customer have a right to cancel the order at any time before it is delivered. Customer would not be required to provide any justification for cancelling or any penalty or fees for cancelling. However, cancellation subject to following conditions; – Customer must notify us in writing – Proper reason for cancellation should be given and specified – In case, goods are received and you want to return then you need will have to send it on your own risk and cost. Ones you have notified us about your cancellation, any amount paid shall be credited back to your account. However, if in case of return of received good is damaged or broken then we shall deduct the cost of the amount credited to your account.
5- Delivery of Goods
Delivery of product is done on the Shipping Address provided by the customer in the reasonable time as specified on Shipping Policy. In case the shipping address is provided incomplete or inadequate then we shall not be liable for wrong/delayed delivery. The burden of providing right address lies on the customer. Delivery time for Kilt is 10 business days and for Jacket is 15 business days which can go up to 25 days in rear cases. Ones the Goods are dispatched from our vicinity and tracking number for the goods are issued then customer will be the legal owner of the Goods, all risks and rewards are transferred to the customer, we shall not be liable for any loss, destruction or damage of Goods after the goods are dispatched. In case the Shipping Company holds the parcel due to non-contact from customers and parcel is sent back, shredded or destroyed then Champion Kilt shall not be liable of this loss. And will not compensate any losses caused to the customers as risk and rewards are already transferred. Although we shall try our best to contact customer and ask them to act in due diligence.
6- Fraud Prevention
We may use your provided information to conduct appropriate fraud prevention method that information may be disclosed to redit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep the record of that information. We shall validate the Name, address and other relevant information during order processing against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and condition you consent to such checks being made. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All the information provided by you are held under strict regulations and properly taken care of in accordance with Data Protection act 1998.

Beyond Our Control We shall not be liable for any event failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, accident or any other Natural calamity.
9- Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
10- Entire Agreement
The images displayed on the website are professionally photographed and edited; there could be little changes for some colors as compare to original color. Claiming misrepresentation on the grounds of color complexion shall not entertained. Since images are edited and optimized to meet various online needs so minor changes in color is normal business practice.
