On Champion Kilt we value our customers and Offer a comprehensive Return policy for our Customers. PREREQUISITE OF RETURNING GOOD: Following are the prerequisite which should meet in order to return any Product.

MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKING:

Condition of Product should be same as deliver such as with tags We Offer 20 Days 100% Return of Product price or exchange to our Customers on Non-custom goods. We Only accepts insured Couriers Custom Made Goods Return Policy Requisites Following are the requisites of Goods which are made on the exclusive requirements of the customers. All custom made Kilts or Jackets or Special orders are non refundable or non exchangeable as they are manufactured on demand. Worn or altered products are non refundable, product should be seen first before wearing Buying more than two products are non-refundable. In case you change your mind after placing your order, no refund will be given provided that we are being informed within 2 days of placing the order.

HOW TO RETURN:

In order to start the return process, you will be required to follow the below simple steps First you need to contact us using Contact US form or mail our Sales department directly here suppor@championkilts.com In the mail mention your name, Order Number, mail address you used while ordering, Article name, or URL of the product. Our sales team will get back to you with 48 hours. Our Sales team will further communicate about the return procedures. Courier Charges do not subject to return policy and returning the product cost will be on customers.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING:

Refunds would be processed within 7 days of item received. The amount shall be refunded in the same account you ordered from Shipping charges are non refundable.
