Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 10–14 days. Rush delivery takes 7–10 days when the rush option is selected and paid for on the product page. Both delivery times include production and courier transit.

Check your measurements and contact details before ordering. Public holidays, courier disruption or customs clearance may affect arrival. If you need an item for a particular event, contact us before ordering to confirm the available service.

Shipping services and charges

We use DHL and FedEx. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout for your delivery address and order. Review it before placing the order. We provide tracking information after dispatch.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.

Delivery problems

If a courier delivers your parcel to the wrong address, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and arrange the appropriate correction. Where our courier delivers an order to the wrong address and the parcel is lost, we will replace the product without charging you for the replacement.
